About Zeus Logistic Services
Zeus Logistic Services is a Kuwait based consultancy providing government related services, marketing, and human resources support to small and medium enterprises.
Despite Kuwait’s high level of digital adoption, most government procedures still rely on manual forms, in person visits, and fragmented processes, creating inefficiencies for SMEs that often operate with minimal staff.
Zeus identified this gap and envisioned a subscription based digital platform allowing businesses to access official government forms online, supported by step by step video tutorials explaining how to complete and submit each document correctly.
Toucan Insights was engaged to analyze the opportunity, validate the model, and design a scalable digital strategy to bring this solution to market.
What were their Objectives?
The primary objective was to simplify and modernize the way SMEs in Kuwait manage government procedures.
Key goals included:

-
Reducing administrative time and operational friction
-
Providing professional guidance through digital tutorials
-
Creating a recurring revenue model via subscriptions
-
Achieving fast market adoption through digital channels
What was the Approach?
Toucan Insights led a structured strategic process, combining market intelligence, business modeling, and digital planning.
The project started with an SME market analysis, identifying structural inefficiencies, workforce limitations, and regulatory constraints. Using Porter’s Five Forces, we assessed competition, substitutes, entry barriers, and buyer power, confirming the absence of direct digital competitors.
We then defined TAM, SAM, and SOM, validating a realistic serviceable market and aligning revenue targets with subscription pricing.
Based on these insights, we designed a digital execution roadmap, including:
-
Website and UX structure
-
Educational video content framework
-
Channel strategy across Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
-
A marketing mix combining organic growth, paid media, and outdoor visibility
What were the Results?
The project delivered a clear, execution ready roadmap for launching and scaling the platform.
Zeus validated a serviceable obtainable market of up to 3,300 SMEs, representing approximately 11 percent of Kuwait’s SME ecosystem. Depending on subscription mix, the model showed that 1,100 to 3,300 active subscribers would be sufficient to reach the company’s annual revenue target.
From an operational standpoint, the platform was designed to reduce administrative time per company by an estimated 40 to 60 percent, replacing repetitive manual processes with reusable digital workflows.
Key Outcomes
-
Defined a scalable digital subscription model with recurring revenue
-
Identified a clear path to USD 400,000 annual revenue
-
Designed a solution capable of cutting SME administrative time by up to 60 percent
-
Positioned Zeus as a first mover digital solution in its category
Strategic Takeaway
This project demonstrates how data driven strategy and digital execution can transform traditional service models into scalable platforms, even in highly regulated environments.
