City Express wanted to understand guest behavior at scale across 150+ hotels and translate insight into digital strategy. We built a multi-layered consumer and market analysis, then supported strategy and website improvements that helped push organic traffic beyond 100% growth to approximately 410,000 monthly organic visitors.

Hospitality growth breaks when you treat all guests the same. You need a behavioral map of segments, acquisition channels, and travel motivations. Then you translate that into a site experience and search strategy aligned with how guests actually decide.
