Terms of Use - Copyright Statement

All texts, headings, sub-headings, quotations, overviews, images, expressions, and other passages on this website, and everything that can be equated with this, is protected by copyright. This copyright belongs to Toucan Insights. This means that texts may never be taken over, copied, made public or may be reproduced without explicit permission from Toucan Insights. In addition, all the works mentioned are subject to personality rights. On this basis, we are entitled to attribution with each publication and we can object to the mention of a different name, changes and deformations, mutilations and other damage to our work.

Third parties who are interested in acquiring a text, an article / blog / website page, etc can submit a written request. The costs for this are at least € 875, - ex VAT or more, depending on the text in question.

In the event of a violation of copyright, an amount of € 875, - excluding VAT, will be charged immediately for (part of a) page / article that has been used or copied unlawfully or without explicit permission.
